Return and Refund policy provides ease of shopping for customer and increase believe between seller and buyer.
Return policy will be apply in some certain condition/case which are define here and to take banefit of this policy customer will have to contact us.
- Return will be applicable when item is received in damage condition.
- Return is applicable when printing is not properly on item as it was demand on order confirmation from customer side.
- Return is applicable in item missing condition.
- Return is applicable when receive different item instead of ordered item.
Return will be available only in the above cases.
- Return period will only for 3 days from date of order delivered to customer.
- Only Replacement is available to cover above case and No Refund will be processed from our side.
- Customer will have to provide proof for the reason of above cases in the form of any video or picture.
Refund policy will be apply in some certain condition/case which are define here-
- If order is Canceled by customer then in this case all money, which are payed by Online or Wallet, will be refund in source account from where it was debited but DI-Coin and Reward Point will not be Refund.
- If order is Rejected by Dream Impression then in this case all money, which are payed by Online or Wallet, will be refund in source account from where it was debited and DI-Coin and Reward Point will be Refund.
- If order is Failed due to any reason then in this case all money(In case of debited) , which are payed by Online or Wallet, will be refund in source account from where it was debited and DI-Coin and Reward Point will be Refund.
- Order can be Cancel when order status is Hold only.
- Order can be Rejected by Dream Impression due to any reason.
- In case of Cash On Delivery customer must accept order and they can't cancel order on door.
- If customer want to Cancel order when order status is any other instead of Failed, Canceled, Rejected and Hold then they have to contact us and in this case order may be cancel after taking some cancelation charge.
